Complaints

Healthcare-Academy Den Hoek aims to organize quality courses and lectures in a professional manner and in close contact with students, teachers, professional organizations and other closely involved people. If there are complaints, we try to find a solution with the parties involved. If this doesn't lead to a satisfactory solution, then a complaint can be lodged that will be assessed by an independent commission.
